Users
The User Details Page
The User Details page provides the capability to create/edit a user record. The following information is displayed on the page:
- Account Status - Indicates whether or not the account is active (read only)
- Secuirty Level - Indicates the security level assigned to the account (read only)
- Last Name - The user's last name
- First Name - The user's first name
- Domain ID - The user's Southern Company user account name (read only)
- Phone Number 1 - The user's phone number
- Phone Number 2 - The user's secondary phone number
- Phone Number 3 - Another user phone number
- E-mail - The user's e-mail address
- E-mail - The user's secondary e-mail address
- E-mail - Another user e-mail address
- Company Name - The name of the user's company (read only)
- Address Line 1 - Company business address (read only)
- Address Line 2 - Company business address (read only)
- City - Company city address (read only)
- State - Company state address (read only)
- Zip - Company Zip address (read only)
The Save button will commit any changes made to the Name, Phone, or E-mail fields.
The Cancel button will return you to the home page and disregard any unsaved changes.
